Kayaking is on the FOURTH TUESDAY of every month from 6 – 7 p.m. at Coffee Port Park, 1st St. NE & 31st Ave. NE. MEETING LOCATION: Coffee Pot Park, parking lot. Participants must be 16 years and older. All levels welcome. ADMISSION IS FREE! Pre-registration is required as class size is limited, 12 participants max. Healthy For Life: Rethink Your Drink
Healthy for Life is a community based nutrition and well-being program created by Aramark and the American Heart Association that focuses on empowering people to make healthy food, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. This class focuses on choosing healthy means of hydrating. This is a FREE class that includes $10 in produce from Red House Fresh Produce for attending, limited to first 10 participants.
