Neighborhood Wellness Champions

Neighborhood Wellness Champions are the backbone of this initiative. They are passionate individuals who step forward to lead and organize these monthly wellness walks within their communities. These champions play a crucial role in creating a supportive and active environment where neighbors can come together, share experiences, and collectively work towards a healthier lifestyle.
