AARP Fit Lot is back! These one-hour introductory classes will help you learn proper movement, safe equipment use, and the format of a FitLot circuit training class in a slow-paced, instructional setting. This September we will be offering four free FitLot Drop-In Method classes. Important Note – You must sign up for each class individually.
