Are you looking to start a new exercise program this year?
If you answered yes, you may want to consider trying our FREE Fit Lot series. Fit Lot is an AARP-sponsored, outdoor, fitness-in-the-park program that brings the community together while you participate in a healthy exercise program.
This program is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to get started with a new fitness routine. This Fit Lot series is a circuit style workout that includes a lot of fundamental movements and stretching. All our coaches are certified personal trainers dedicated to helping you learn how to move more each day.
This class will improve your physical fitness while also helping you connect with other community members in a fun and inclusive environment.
Classes begin January 3 through February 23 and are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Class times and more details can be found here.
