Mindfulness for Mental Health

You’re invited to join Healthy St. Pete’s 4-week mindfulness and breathwork class, a welcoming and supportive space designed to promote mental well-being through gentle breathing practices and present-moment awareness. This beginner-friendly series invites participants to slow down, build nervous system resilience, reconnect with the body, and learn practical tools for managing stress in a calm, supportive environment. No prior mindfulness or breathwork experience is needed. Registration is recommended. Register here
