The St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department’s Healthy St. Pete Division, in partnership with Aetna, a CVS Health Care Company, is excited to announce the upcoming Mind Power Family Wellness Expo happening on May 20, 2023, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Flora Wylie Park, 1400 North Shore Dr. NE.

The free expo features interactive yoga demonstrations, healthy cooking demonstrations, engaging games for all ages, mindful crafts, and health and wellness vendors. This family-friendly event is bringing a new way for all ages to mindfully engage with wellness opportunities.

Admission to the Mind Power Family Wellness Expo is free and open to the public. No registration required to participate.
