Laughter for Wellness

Join Empath Health for a free one-of-a-kind fitness and socialization activity. Laughter Yoga is an aerobic exercise that combines guided deep breathing with laughter sounds. Created in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, laughter yoga improves circulation, promotes digestion, reduces pain, promotes emotional balance and more.
