Come join Healthy St. Pete in partnership with Play it Forward Pediatrics at the beautiful Crescent Lake Park for a fun, supportive Family & Flow Movement class designed to help parents move safely and confidently with their babies. Learn proper exercise positions for both you and your little one while strengthening your body, bonding, and building healthy movement habits together.
